#7 Georgetown College to host #9 St. Xavier in First Round of NAIA National Championship

The seventh-ranked Georgetown College Tigers will play host to #9 St. Xavier in the First Round of NAIA National Championship. The game will take place on Saturday, November 18 at Georgetown College’s Toyota Stadium. Kickoff is set for 1:30 p.m.

The Tigers bring a 9-1 record into Saturday’s matchup after beating the University of the Cumberlands on Saturday and clinching the Mid-South Conference Championship Title for the East Division. Meanwhile, the Cougars are 8-2 on the season after Saturday’s 31-0 win over Trinity International.

“Now that we know who it will be, it is time to get ready for them,” said Head Coach Bill Cronin. “We have a lot of respect for the football program at St. Xavier and look forward to Saturday.”
