Joe Berrow Named MSC Football Defensive Player of the Week (10-29-07)

Junior defensive lineman Joe Berrow has been named the Mid-South Conference Defensive Player of the Week. The junior led the Tiger defense with 11 total tackles, two for a loss, in #19 Georgetown's 27-10 win at #17 University of the Cumberlands on Saturday. Berrow also forced a fumble, recovered a fumble and a sacked the Patriots' quarterback for a loss of seven yards.

In addition, the Elizabethtown, KY native has also been named this week's Hockensmith Student-Athlete of the Week.
