Lady Tigers Begin Season with a 4-0 Win at Union

The Georgetown College Lady Tiger Soccer team began the 2007 season with a 4-0 win at Union College on Tuesday.

Sophomore Andi Wilhoit scored the first goal four minutes into the match followed by a score by Ashley Stigall to take a 2-0 lead at the half. In the second half, Brittany Hunt and Savannah Evans each netted goals to round out the win. Georgetown goalie Amy Chamberlain recorded three stops in the shutout. (click here to view the boxscore).
