Mid-South Conference Men's Pairings (3-3-08)
With the regular season completed, the field has been set for the 2008 Community Trust Bank Mid-South Conference Basketball Tournament, which begins next Saturday, March 8 at the Eastern Kentucky Exposition Center in Pikeville, KY.
Georgetown College wrapped up the regular season championship and number one seed and come into the tournament with a perfect 30-0 (10-0 in the MSC) record.
The University of the Cumberlands has secured the #2 seed in next weekend’s tournament. The Patriots finished the regular season 18-12 and 6-4 in league play.
With their win over WVU Tech Saturday, the third seed is Campbellsville University. The Tigers finished 22-8 and an even 5-5 in the MSC. While it is certain that Lindsey Wilson College (16-13, 3-6) and host school Pikeville College (21-8, 4-6) will face off in the 4-5 matchup next weekend.
