Men's Basketball - Sat, Dec. 31, 2011

Jordan Demercy tallied his second double-double in as many games, recording 25 points and 14 rebounds in Georgetown College's 81-51 win over Miami University Hamilton. This is the second meeting between these two teams, as a win over the Harriers started the Chris Briggs era back in October.

Geral Craig scored 19 points and pulled in 11 rebounds, while Aaron Morris had 12 points and Johonne Hamilton 11 to round out the double-digit scorers for GC.

The Harriers made it interesting early in the second, but the Tigers (13-1) turned up the defensive intensity for the final push of the 2011 year.

GC returns to action Wednesday at Life before returning to conference play next Saturday against Shawnee State.
