Georgetown College men's golf team sits three strokes out of second after day one of the Bluegrass Fall Classic at Cherry Blossom. Mid-South Conference newcomer Cumberland University is out in front with a 283, while the Tigers shot a 309. Shawnee State is in second at 306.

J.T. Ross shot par to lead GC. Two other scorers were in the 70s - 78 and 79 - while coach Flash Williams' highest score was an 80.

Teams return Tuesday morning for a shotgun start at 8 am to finish the tournament.
