Two top 10 teams will meet with much on the line next Saturday. The No. 2 Georgetown College Tigers (6-0, 1-0 Mid-South Conference East) took care of business on the road with a 42-13 win over Campbellsville University (1-5, 0-2 MSC West) behind a career-day from sophomore Neal Pawsat.
The signal caller threw for 477 yards and four touchdowns Saturday in Campbellsville. Chris Gohman, Randy Doss, Blake Naylor and Branden Burdette each hauled in a score. The Tigers also scored two on the ground, one a piece from Zach Sowder and Melvin Posey.
GC opened a 28-3 lead and never looked back.
Up next for GC is No. 9 University of the Cumberlands (6-0, 2-0 MSC East). The Patriots picked up a 31-27 win Saturday over No. 22 Faulkner University (4-2, 2-0 MSC West).
