The No. 11 Tigers continued their winning ways Friday afternoon in the quarterfinals of the Mid-South Conference volleyball tournament. Georgetown College (32-3) won in straight sets over Bluefield College (16-22), 25-16, 25-12, 25-14, at MidAmerican Sports Center in Louisville.

"It's a good start to this weekend," said GC coach Nick Griffin. "We have a mission and know that each match is important."

The Tigers next match will be noon Saturday against Campbellsville University, winners over Shawnee State. The two teams met Tuesday and Georgetown won in straight sets.

Caraline Maher had 10 kills and Ally Wilbourn nine as both hit .500 or above. Lindsey Martindale had 19 assists and Rebekah Moore had 17 digs.
