Georgetown College baseball's Justin Moore is Mid-South Conference Baseball Player of the Week announced Monday by the league office.
The junior posted a .533 batting average, including going 5-of-7 from the plate in two games against defending national champion Tennessee Wesleyan. He scored three runs and had four RBI against the top ranked team.
He hit safely in four of the No. 20 Tigers' five games. He had two doubles and two triples on the week, finishing with six RBI, six runs scored and a .933 slugging percentage.
This is the first weekly honor for the outfielder.
On the season, Moore is hitting .282 with four doubles and 10 RBI.
