Trevor Setty, a 6-7 forward from Mason County, signed his official letter of intent to play his high school at a ceremony held in Maysville on April 28.

Setty was an integral part of the Royals' 2008 state championship last month at Rupp Arena. He averaged 14.9 points while shooting 35.8 percent from three-point range during his senior season. Current Mason County head coach and former Tiger standout Chris O'Hearn said Setty has become known for knocking down the big shots when they had to have them and that he thinks his potential is great.

Georgetown head coach Happy Osborne is excited to add Setty to his team and looks forward to watching him grow in the program. "He is a kid with unlimited potential as he grows and matures as a student-athlete."

Mason County point guard Russ Middleton, currently a junior teammate of Setty's, has also signed to play for the Tigers after he finishes his senior year at Mason County.
