April looks to be a big alumni month for Georgetown College athletics. Starting this weekend, baseball will be welcoming back its alumni for a three-game series with Mid-South Conference foe Shawnee State. Saturday, volleyball will be bringing in its alumni for a game of current players verse former players.

Then Saturday, April 20, the women's soccer alumni will be back to play a game as well. Another good opportunity for alumni to return is the Orange & Black scrimmage set for Thursday, April 25 at iHigh.com Field. The current football team will conclude spring practices, which start this Saturday, with the annual game. Former Tigers as well as current and future Tigers will all be on hand for this event.

Baseball kicks off the alumni month Friday evening on an alumni weekend, and then continues by honoring former players between the doubleheader Saturday.

Robert N. Wilson, who the home field is named after, will be in attendance and throwing out the first pitch Saturday.

Volleyball will be at Davis-Reid Alumni Gym starting around 1 pm Saturday for the duel between current Tigers and former Tigers. Soccer will play a 5 pm game on iHigh.com Field.
