Women's Soccer - Fri, Oct. 11, 2013

Georgetown College women's soccer makes it two wins for the week, celebrating Homecoming in style Friday night on iHigh.com Field. Sam Amend doubled her score total for the season with two goals and Sarah Hencke added one for good measure as the Tigers (5-4) beat Asbury 3-0.

"This was a really good game as it always is against the Eagles," said GC coach Leah Crews Castleman. "We found our moments and took advantage."

Georgetown had 14 shots, six on frame and three goals with one assist from Bea Cameron.

Georgetown will return to action 6 pm Wednesday at Cincinnati Christian.
