Georgetown College women's basketball is taking a trip Tuesday to familiar grounds for several Tigers. The team plays its second exhibition game of the season against NCAA Division I Indiana University in Bloomington, Ind.
Coach Andrea McCloskey as well as players Emilie Ziese, Jessica Foster and Jenna Meyer are all from the Hoosier state.
Game is set to tip at 7 pm. Admission is free or if you cannot make the trip a live radio broadcast can be found on IUHoosier.com and live stats at http://www.iuhoosiers.com/gametracker/launch/gt_wbaskbl.html?event=1293410&school=ind&sport=wbaskbl&camefrom=&startschool=&.
"We are excited about this opportunity and thank for to Indiana for agreeing to do this," McCloskey said. "It's a chance for some of the players to get in front of family and friends that can't make the trip to Georgetown. It is also a great experience for our players to play a team of this caliber. It helped a lot when we played EKU this past year, and I expect the same out of this game."
