Men's Tennis - Fri, Apr. 7, 2017

Ryo Takeda and Tristan Nosek tallied all three points for the Georgetown College men's team against No. 23 Cumberland University. The pair got it started in doubles with an 8-6 win over Axel Lucich and Thiago Lopes. Takeda then defeated Riccardo Ferraris at one singles, 6-2, 6-0, while Nosek took care of Alejandro Rosas Garcia, 6-4, 6-2, at the two singles.

AJ Berk and Ryan Simms lost their doubles to Ramon Puertoals and Ferraris in a tie break, 9-8 (5), or the match would have been closer. However, the visiting Phoenix left Lackey Tennis Center with a 6-3 win Friday.
