Raegan Williams, a 5-foot-11 forward from Mt. Washington, KY has signed a letter of intent to play basketball for Georgetown College starting with the 2017-18 season. Head Coach James Jackson announced the signing on Monday.

At Bullitt East, Williams scored 887 points and grabbed 624 rebounds. She averaged 12.3 points per game and 7.9 rebounds per game during her junior season. As a result she was named first team All-Region and was selected to compete in the Kentucky High School Coaches Association East vs. West All-Star Game.

"Raegan has a high motor, is extremely versatile and comes from a winning program," Jackson said. "She understands how to play with other great players and is willing and able to fill whatever role the team may need. We are looking forward to having her on the court here at Georgetown."

Williams also considered Union College and Campbellsville University.

She wrote that she chose Georgetown College because she had "the best connection with their coaches and team."

Williams joins Michaela Kennedy in Georgetown's 2017 recruiting class.
