It's official - Jeff Smith has not thrown his last pass at Toyota Stadium. After signing a free agent contract with the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, Smith will be back on campus this summer when the Bengals hold their annual summer camp at Georgetown College. The Fort Thomas, KY native says he is excited to have a chance to continue playing football and that it is a dream come true. "After growing up across the river from Cincinnati and closely following the Bengals my whole life, it just is a great fit for me," he said.

Fellow teammate Kyle Zaharias is in the process of signing free agent after being invited to the Washington Redskins mini-camp to be held May 4-7 at the team's facilities. Zaharias, a tight end from Richmond, VA, is hopeful that he will officially sign a contract at the end of the week. "I'm really excited," says Zarharias. "After all the work after the off-season and previous years leading up to this, I feel like I am ready to go out there and prove myself."
