Georgetown's Jeff Smith has all 32 NFL teams interested in his progress as he works out in Atlanta to prepare for the upcoming NFL Draft. Smith was one of two NAIA student-athletes invited to play in the Inta Juice North/South All-Star game on January 13th in Houston, Texas, in which he threw for 4 of 7 in the first half, including one touchdown. The game was shown live on ESPN 2 and Jeff was featured in an interview following the game. He has also been invited to play in the Texas vs. The Nation All-Star game on February 2 in El Paso, Texas. The game will be aired on CSTV and kickoff is scheduled for 8:00 p.m., MST. The format of the game pits top-rated college seniors who played college or high school football in Texas against a team of top-rated seniors from the rest of the nation. Seniors ranked in the top 15 at their position by the NFL are eligible to participate. Fellow Georgetown teammates Kyle Zaharias and Will Washington have also had interest from some NFL scouts and continue to explore opportunities.
