For the second week in a row, Georgetown College has swept the weekly conference tennis awards, with Matias Carcamo and Emily Kerrick being named Mid-South Conference Players of the Week. Both had strong weeks for the Tigers, including wins over MSC foe the University of the Cumberlands.

For the second week in a row, Georgetown College has swept the weekly conference tennis awards, with Matias Carcamo and Emily Kerrick being named Mid-South Conference Players of the Week. Both had strong weeks for the Tigers, including wins over MSC foe the University of the Cumberlands.

Kerrick, a native of Lexington, Ky., went 2-1 in singles play last week, with a win over #33 ranked player in the country from Brenau University. The junior also went 2-1 in doubles play, including an 8-0 victory over the Patriots.

A junior from Temuco, Chile, Carcamo finished the week 1-1 in singles play. Carcamo also finished with two wins on the doubles side, including wins over the #10 and #20 doubles teams in the country.
