Georgetown College's Christian Heavens' round of 67 on day two of the Bluegrass Fall Classic catapulted him from fourth to first to be medalist in the Tigers' lone home fall golf event at Cherry Blossom. He finished with a two-day score of 142.

The GC senior, shot a 75 on Wednesday to be tied for fourth behind Berry College's Chadd Reynolds and Alex Irvin and Mid-South Conference foe Justin Arnold from Shawnee State. Heavens' five under par round, however, changed all of that Thursday, giving him the four-stroke win over Reynolds, who shot a one-over 73 each day for a 146.
It was the first match of the season for the Tigers, which took second behind Berry with a two-day total of 617. The school from Georgia shot a 611. Now Georgetown goes on the road for the Mid-South Conference Fall Match starting Monday.
Freshman Dylan Underwood finished his first collegiate tournament in fourth with a 150, while Drew Hockensmith finished eighth with a 155, Jordan Bell scored a 158 for a tie for 14th, J.T. Ross' 159 was a tie for 17th and Casey Mingua's 160 put him in a tie for 20th.
