Juniors Kelsey Luckett and Elizabeth Goodin were two of the athletes honored in the 2010 Daktronics-NAIA Volleyball Scholar-Athletes.
In order to be on the list, the student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 grading scale. The two Georgetown volleyball players were joined by seven other Mid-South Conference players on a national list of 387 student-athletes.
This is the third straight season for the Tigers to have at least one athlete earn the national scholar honor. In 2009, Cassie Moore was on the list and in 2008 it was Moore and Allie Bertke.
