The Georgetown College volleyball program has announced that Emily Weber (Montgomery, Ill./Rosary H.S.) will join the Orange & Black for the 2010 season. Weber, a 6-0 outside and opposite hitter helped her high school team to three regional championships (2007-2009) and an appearance in the IHSAA sectional final in 2008. At the club level, she captained her Sports Performance team to a Top 12 finish in the Open Division of the JVDA National Championships in 2009.The Georgetown College volleyball program has announced that Emily Weber (Montgomery, Ill./Rosary H.S.) will join the Orange & Black for the 2010 season. "We are excited to have Emily join our program. She has the physical tools and the leadership qualities to be a key player for us moving forward. Emily has gained incredible experience and training with Sports Performance over the past few years, and I'm looking forward to continuing that development at the collegiate level," stated Georgetown head coach Nick Griffin.
