Tyler Fisher of Georgetown College has been announced the first Mid-South Conference Baseball Player of the Week.
Fisher had a batting average of .500 last week, hitting three homeruns and five runs batted in. Fisher has hit successfully in all of Georgetown's games this season. He even had a three-hit game in a conference win against West Virginia University Tech. Fisher had his best game with two homeruns and three RBIs. He is second on the team in highest batting average with a .364 average. He also leads the team in homeruns and is second for RBIs. The Georgetown College baseball team holds a record of 10-9 and a conference record of 2-2.
