  • Has made the MSC Tournament semifinals every year, has twice advanced to the finals three straight years
  • GC has had four consecutive 10 or more win seasons; three consecutive MSC tournament runner-up, 2009, 2010, 2011; received votes in the national coaches poll three times in 2009 and 2010
  • In 2010, Castleman guided the Tigers to its best regular season conference finish in her three seasons. GC was second in the league behind national power Lindsey Wilson. The Tigers advanced back to the tournament finals before losing to the Blue Raiders. She had 12 MSC Academic All-Conference honorees and four NAIA Scholar Athletes.
  • In 2009, Castleman helped to guide the Tigers to a Mid-South Conference finals appearance against nationally ranked No. 1 Lindsey Wilson College. GC took the Blue Raiders to overtime and then a shootout before losing in penalty kicks, 5-4. The Tigers also received votes for the Top 25 in 2009.
