• In 2011, the long-time assistant and one-year associate head coach took over the reigns of the Georgetown College Tigers. McCloskey became only the eighth head coach of the Tigers after Susan Johnson retired.
• In 2010, McCloskey was named associate head coach at Georgetown College, where she had served for four years as the assistant coach to Susan Johnson. She played college basketball at University of Rio Grande, serving as team captain from 2000-2002.
