Esports Picks up Another 2-0 Win

GEORGETOWN, Ky. – The Georgetown College Esports team picked up another 2-0 win, beating Marist University White on Monday night.

In the first game, Georgetown won, 13-3, with Nathan Litvin controlling the highest combat score of 468 for the Tigers. Reid Schulten (283) and Trey Arnett (244) helped secure the opening game victory with a top-5 finish. 

In the second game of the evening, Georgetown finished off the 2-0 night with a 13-10 result. This time, Schulten led the way for the Tigers with a score of 309. Despite Marist's top player taking a 273 score, the next three individuals were Georgetown as Litvin (247), Arnett (237) and Joey Curtsinger (181) rounded out the top-5 to close out the night.

Georgetown takes on Champlain College next Monday, February 23 at 8:15 p.m.
