Tsugu Hirose leads Men's Tennis MSC Honors

Tsugu Hirose garnered multiple Mid-South Conference Men's Tennis awards on Tuesday.

The senior was named 2nd Team All-MSC after a strong season in both singles and doubles. He was also named the team's champion of character and earned All-Academic honors. Per the MSC, "The student-athletes that are honored on the Champions of Character Team were nominated by their coaches based on their leadership on campus and in the community while demonstrating the five core character values of the NAIA."

Hirose was one of 4 Men's Tennis student-athletes to earn MSC All-Academic. He is joined by Alex Straiger, Will Barnes and Chase Hechemy. To qualify, each maintained a minimum GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale.
