Daisy Gale Named NAIA Second Team All-American

GEORGETOWN, Ky. – Georgetown College women's basketball sophomore, Daisy Gale, has been named an NAIA Second Team All-American, as announced by the national office on Monday.

The sophomore guard averaged 18.9 points per game to lead the Mid-South Conference this season which was t-22nd best in all of the NAIA.

Gale played the 23rd most minutes in the country, fourth-most in the MSC helping the Tigers advance to the Quarterfinals of the NAIA National Tournament in March for the fifth time in program history.

Gale was second in the Mid-South Conference in rebounds per game at 8.3 which led the Tigers and finished the 2025-26 campaign with eight double-doubles.

Gale poured in a season and career-high 33 points in the January 31 home against No. 3 Bethel leading to her selection as Mid-South Conference Player of the Week for February 2.

Gale becomes the ninth NAIA Second Team All-American in program history and the first since Teionni McDaniel claimed the same honor last season.
