Tigers Announce 2026 Annual Team Camp

GEORGETOWN, Ky. – The Georgetown College women's basketball team has announced its 2026 Annual Team Camp slated for June 8-11 in Davis-Reid Alumni Gym as well as the Recreation Center.

Each year, we welcome programs from across the region, including Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, and West Virginia, creating a diverse and competitive environment for all participants.

What sets our camp apart is our unique game format. Teams are guaranteed a minimum of five games per day, featuring a variety of opponents and competitive styles. Games consist of two 11-minute running halves, allowing for a fast-paced experience while maximizing game exposure. This format ensures teams face multiple opponents daily, rather than repeating the same matchups.

The schedule is designed to conclude each day around 3:30–4:00 PM, giving teams time to bond, explore campus and the local community, or travel home at a reasonable hour.

Georgetown offers excellent accommodations, with numerous hotels and over 80 dining options within a short distance of campus, making it convenient for traveling teams.

Camp Details:
Dates: June 8–11 (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, TBD)
Location: Georgetown, KY (conveniently located off I-75, 13 miles north of Lexington)
Cost: $250 per day
Game Guarantee: Minimum of 15 games
Format: Two 11-minute halves (running clock; bonus timing in final minute)
Divisions: Varsity, JV, Freshman, and Middle School teams welcome
