Thompson Named to the Mid-South Conference Champion of Character Squad

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Georgetown College women's soccer senior, Daysia Thompson was named a Mid-South Conference Champion of Character as announced by the league office on Wednesday.

The MSC recognizes a Champions of Character Team for each championship sport. The student-athletes honored on the Champions of Character Team were nominated by their coaches based on their leadership on and off campus, as well as their demonstration of the five core character values of the NAIA.

Thompson played in 46 games over four seasons for the Tigers with 43 starts. She amassed 277 career saves, including the third-most in a season by a Tiger with 110 during the 2024 campaign.
