Four Tigers Named to the Mid-South All-Conference Teams

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Georgetown College women's indoor track team had four harriers named to the Mid-South Conference All-Conference teams after the Championships concluded on Tuesday.

Rebecca Kainer, Lexi Ralph, Elizabeth Lavinder, and Terrynn Clott were all named to the All-Conference teams for their performances. Kainer highlighted the day for the Tigers, who scored 85 points as a squad, finishing third.

Kainer was named to the 1st Team All-Conference by winning the 1,000 run in 3:13.13, securing the Tigers' only first-place finish. Kainer also finished top-10 in both the 600m (1:43.55 – 5th) and the 800m run (2:37.72 – 10th).

Lexi Ralph was named to the 2nd Team All-Conference for finishing the 1 Mile run in 5:30.43, finishing second overall. Ralph also crossed the finish line of the 3,000m run in 11:16.87 for a fourth-place finish.

Elizabeth Lavinder was one of two Tigers selected to the 3rd Team All-Conference as she placed third in the 5,000m with a time of 20:14.18. Lavinder was also sixth in the 3,000m run with an 11:29.24 finish.

Terrynn Clott was also a member of the 3rd Team All-Conference as she threw the shot put the third farthest in the league with a 10.45m heave. Clott was 10th in the weight throw as well with a 9.82m effort.
