Vitiritti joins Georgetown after serving as the Girls Wrestling Co-Head Coach at Taylor County High School for the past 2 seasons and achieved great success. In the 2023-24 season, the team won the first ever KHSAA state championship. This past season, Vitiritti led the team to a runner-up finish at state, while also winning the girls duals team state championship. She also served as an assistant at Taylor County in 2022-23 when the team won the KYWCA state championship, the year before girls wrestling became sanctioned by the KHSAA.
The success at Taylor County brought Vitiritti several multiple coaching honors. She was named the 2025 Region 4 Girls Coach of the Year and the 2024 KHSCA Girls Coach of the Year. The coaching success came on after a decorated career as a collegiate wrestler. Vitiritti graduated from Campbellsville University in 2023, where she served as team captain for 3 years. She was a 2-time NAIA national qualifier, including a runner-up finish at the 2021 NAIA National Championships. Her teams won 3 national titles in her time at Campbellsville.
In the classroom at Campbellsville, Vitiritti was just as successful. She was a 3-time NAIA Scholar Athlete, 3-time All-MSC Scholar Athlete, 3-time President’s List recipient and a 2019 Dean’s List honoree. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice and will complete her Master’s Degree in Social Work in May 2025.
