Kylie Miller Named Mid-South Conference Pitcher of the Week

GEORGETOWN, Ky. – Georgetown College softball freshman Kylie Miller has been named the Mid-South Conference Pitcher of the Week.

Miller went 2-0 against Cumberland this weekend, tossing a complete-game shutout in the opener in which she allowed just two hits and struck out nine.

In total, she threw 11 innings and collected 12 strikeouts with a weekly ERA of 0.64. For the season, Miller commands a 2.34 ERA, which is fifth-best in the Mid-South Conference. Her nine wins are the fourth-most in the league.

Georgetown goes on the road for a three-game series against No. 20 Cumberlands beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 10.
